SIPA Winter Publishers Roundtable
Winter 2011 - Dates, Location TBA
The SIPA Winter Publishers Roundtable is a great event for high-level publishers to meet and discuss issues relevant to them.
As an attendee of this roundtable meeting, the benefits are:
• You will decide the agenda. You'll choose the discussion topics in a pre-meeting questionnaire.
The meeting will be structured to focus on the hot-button topics evoking the most interest — it's sure to cover your
most burning questions.
• Take a break from the winter to enjoy warm sunshine and beautiful beaches. You
work hard and deserve time to unwind and a tropical location is the perfect place to do it.
• Discussions are marked by total candor. There will be no tape recorder whirring.
You can freely share what has worked for you and find out what others are doing in a guaranteed confidential setting.
• The meeting is limited to 25 people. It's an intimate group; there will be time to discuss
your concerns. Bring your specific questions to the table to get input from colleagues — some of the most
successful publishers in the industry. Attendees must be publishers or principals of a for-profit publishing company,
and the company must be a member of SIPA.
• There will be tons of in-depth sharing. Two days of shirt-sleeve, roundtable discussions are devoted to the crucial issues you and your company face. Plus, there will be plenty of time for one-on-one sharing with colleagues after the meetings.
